Who you are agreeing with

This site is operated by Unleashed Labs Inc., registered at 243 Rue Migneron, Saint-Laurent, Quebec, Canada, trading as Fer Patel and FerPatel.com. Using this site or joining a waitlist means you accept what is on this page. If you do not, do not use the site. No hard feelings.

What the waitlist actually is

Joining a waitlist means one thing: you have asked to be told when the free training opens, and you have agreed to receive emails from me about it. That is the whole arrangement.

• It is free, and it stays free. Joining the list costs nothing and never will. No credit card is collected anywhere on this site.
• A place on the list is not a seat. The first cohort is capped so that everyone in it can actually be guided. When doors open, the list is told first and seats go first come, first served. Being on the list gets you the announcement early. It does not reserve you a spot.
• There is no launch date yet. I have not promised one and I am not going to invent one. If the training is delayed, changed substantially, or does not run at all, you will be told by email, and nothing is owed to you either way.
• You can leave whenever you like. One click in any email, or a note to hello@wizardsofsocial.com.

What I do not promise

This matters more than the rest of this page, so read it properly.

The figures shown on the free training page describe what local businesses typically pay for this kind of service. They are market rates, not your income. I am not promising, guaranteeing, or projecting that you will earn any particular amount, or anything at all. What you end up earning depends on your effort, your market, your circumstances, and the work you put in: variables I do not control and cannot predict.

The training is educational. It is not financial advice, business advice for your specific situation, employment, a job offer, or a franchise or business opportunity in any regulated sense. Decisions you make off the back of it are yours.

Reasonable use

Use a real name and an email address you actually control. Do not submit forms automatically, scrape the site, try to break it, or use it to send anyone anything unwanted. I may remove anyone from the list who does, or who behaves abusively toward me or anyone else in the training, without notice or explanation.

The content on this site

The writing, design, images, and training material on this site belong to me, apart from third-party names and marks, which belong to their owners. You are welcome to read it, quote it with credit, and share links to it. You are not welcome to republish it as your own or resell it.

Testimonials on this site are real quotes from real, named people, published with the words they actually wrote. They describe those people's experience of working with me, not results from this beginner training, which has not run yet.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as-is. I try to keep it up and accurate, but I do not guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or current. To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or the free material on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Privacy

How your information is handled is set out separately in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes, and which law applies

I may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top will change when I do, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Quebec have jurisdiction over any dispute.
